Egg Chatpat

I come from a family who call themselves “Egg Crazies”…Yes you read it right. The new addition into their group is my 5 year old son. They like anything ‘Made In Egg’ !!You scramble IT,boil IT,poach IT,curry IT,fry IT,biryani IT or just take like IT.They like anything.

So its like a daily challenge to woo them with their favourite hero. They are crazy enough to have it thrice a day and seven days a week.I thought why make them something that they can be content enough.
Then came into form our Homemade Egg Chatpat. This dish takes less time than boiling eggs. Its simple, tasty and an excellent side kick to plain rice, rasam, dal or any flavoured rice..
(P.S : They are so content that they are asking me for more of this now.Beware Of That!!)
