I for one am a wandering soul always searching for some new projects even though when there's s**t load of work to be done and deadlines to be met. Well we are what we are and I have a crazy partner in crime / my husband who has the same touch of madness. We are totally different personalities with entirely opposite ideas. But a string of madness and craziness with tons of love connects us both... This dish is my fondest memory of my Bharathi Akka/ my last aunt in my home town. She is the youngest of my four Mommas who does this simple,easy yet tastiest sweet within minutes.... She prepares it for me whenever I visit home... All it takes are three simple ingredients and tons of love... Made with milk,sugar and gelatin... Both of us are faithful when it comes to South Indian breakfast.... I PR for Masala Dosa while the husband man roots for Mysore Bonda... We had pretty much the most challenging day of the week. Tantrums from the kiddo who refuses to say the single word Hindi answer in his test.. Totally forgot some important things that were right on to-do list on the fridge... A broken down washing machine... Well all in all the more need for some 'Masala Dosa and Mysore Bonda' therapy.... We love some food therapy... This lip smacking chicken curry is an inspiration from my first Pedhamma/ my eldest aunt who stayed in Karnataka during our childhood. The gravy of the curry is hugely influenced from the tasty chicken curry she used to prepare during our vacation visits to Hubli. The gravy is so rich and so out of the world.
